Frequently Asked Questions About Landscape Photography
What gear do you use?
Nowadays, the lightest I can, I am using a Sony mirrorless camera system with capability up to 62mp which gives me a file size of 170mb when it’s opened into photoshop or similar program. Basically, there is nothing you can’t do with the files produced.
Are you a member of associations?
Yes, I am a member of AIPP as an accredited photographer, meaning I have passed the assessment for not only my work delivered but my business requirements being fully insured, having worksite permissions like my construction white card, working at heights card.
I am also a member of the Australian UAV Association (aka drone) and I am also a CASA certified pilot holding RePL licence.
Do you have a licence for your drone?
Yes, I hold a RePL licence with CASA, I am also fully insured to carry out aerial operations. If I need anything above this licence, I call upon it as required.
